The NOVUS contains high-tech that thinks along: The integrated anti-collision sensors detect obstacles and automatically stop movements before a risk arises. Especially in dynamic OR environments, where devices, personnel, and patients interact in confined spaces, this is an invaluable safety factor.
Even more control is provided by the intuitive hand-held control unit: With battery status display, motion-sensitive degree indicator, and user-defined memory positions, OR positions can be quickly recalled - repeatedly, exactly the same. This saves time and increases concentration on what's essential: the patient.

With 560 x 2200 mm, the OT80.20 NOVUS is suitable for a wide variety of procedures - even for bariatric patients. The electrohydraulic movements can be carried out smoothly, precisely, and quietly. Surgical accessibility, positioning comfort, and freedom of movement are guaranteed at all times - whether for minimally invasive procedures or complex operations. Moreover, the T-base construction allows maximum compatibility with imaging procedures - the table neither obstructs view nor access.
Comfort for Every OR
The NOVUS also thinks of those who are the quietest: the patients. Two specially developed mattress types offer individual comfort: The visco-elastic mattress adapts to body shape, distributes pressure evenly, and reduces the risk of pressure points - ideal for long procedures. The polyurethane mattress, on the other hand, impresses with its firm structure, high durability, and optimal hygiene - perfect for high-frequency OR daily routine. Both variants are resistant to disinfectants and meet the highest standards in infection control.
